Novel Corona virus COVID 19: Our Response
As our company responds to COVID-19, the health and safety of our employees and clientsaround the world remains our top priority. As a critical partner to your business, we also understand that limiting any impact this health event could have on our service to our clients is imperative. We realize that preventing the spread of an outbreak requires a massive global effort. At AvionTEq, we are committed to takingall appropriate preventative measures in fight against spread of the Coronaviruswhile sustaining our business operations. This includes stocking up ondisinfecting cleaners, sanitizer and wipes, and increased cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment being shipped to our clients. We are also encouraging employees who may not feel well to avoid coming to work or working on the equipment being shipped to our clients.
- Disinfect their workspace regularly
- Pay extra attention to sanitizing common areas
- Take care of themselves by eating well, washing their hands frequently, staying hydrated and quickly inform others if they are not feeling well
- Utilize new unused packaging and shipping material only
- Wipe down all equipment being shipped to our clients with strong viricide disinfectants similar to the one shown below
*We highly recommend that our clients utilize similar disinfecting virucide sanitizers to wipe down their equipment before and after every use
At AvionTEq, we have been able to serve our client’s need seamlessly despite the current restrictions. Although it is difficult to foresee how this epidemic may impact us in the upcoming weeks and month, we are fully committed to supporting our client base with outmost care, diligence and promptness, and as of now we do not foresee any significant disruption to our operations.
